I established Strategic Recruiting Solutions in July 2008. I had worked as Staffing Manager for eight years at International Purchasing Staffing. When the company was sold I decided to start my own recruiting business, expanding from purchasing to a range of management, professional and technical specializations. My earlier recruiting experience with ADP Network Services and Eastern Michigan University — a combined 15 years — involved working on positions in many, many disciplines.

Strategic Recruiting Solutions.  To me, that means learning in as much depth as possible what you, the client, are really looking for; gaining an understanding of your larger organizational needs and culture, as well as the micro-organizational context candidates could potentially be entering. In this way, I can act almost as an insider, consulting with your internal team to get the job done effectively.
